This electric smoker uses digital temperature and time controls with automatic shut-off. It includes a viewing window, internal light, integrated thermostat temperature control, and an RF remote for operating and monitoring the smoker.
Four chrome coated smoking racks hold up to 100 lbs of food. The side wood chip loading system allows chips to be added without opening the smoker door.
